Our Service Users

Our Service Users, come to Work-Link, for a variety of reasons. Many want to learn new skills to help them progress in there life.

Others attend because they feel isolated and want to meet new friends and feel that they are contributing to their Community.

Everyone is treated equally with respect and is valued for their contribution, no matter how small. For many, the experience of being respected and accepted for who and what they are is a new one. Having a role within the community, albeit unwaged, is very important. The confidence gained through new experiences, the support and advice given, has an enormous impact on their ability to have greater control over their lives.

All who attend, help Work-Link, to deliver items of essential furniture and electricals to those most in need in Leicester and Leicestershire. Whether that is being a member of the van crew, making up bedding/crockery packs, volunteering in our shop or office.
